Suzanna Slavin is a New York City-based A&R consultant and manager working across live, visual, and recorded spaces. She represents a select roster of multidisciplinary creatives and consults with artists, labels, and their teams across the US and abroad. She takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach to building careers, drawing on her experience and relationships to help shape the right teams, projects, and opportunities for long-term growth.

From 2012 to 2024, she grew from intern to SVP of A&R at independent label Mom+Pop Music, where she signed and developed artists including Tash Sultana, FKJ, Beach Bunny, Tycho, and more. She also worked on projects with Sunflower Bean, Alina Baraz, Tom Morello, Magdalena Bay, and others.

She is also the co-founder of the showcase series Ever Since.
